MAYACHITRA, INC. IMAGO DISCLOSURE OF FREE DOWNLOAD USE, ACCESS, AND LIMITATIONS

The following general use, access and limitations apply to the 30-Day Free Trial Program (the "Free Trial") for imago 1 (the "Software"):

• There is a limit of one Free Trial per valid email address which will be verified and monitored by internet confirmation.
• Your Free Trial begins when you install the software for the first time and ends thirty (30) days later.
• At any point during or after Free Trial period, you can activate the software by purchasing activation key and receive full access to use the features and function of the Software on an unlimited number of images.
• During the Free Trial and/or after purchase of the Software, you will be subject to the license agreement set forth herein and must affirmatively acknowledge that you have read and understand the license agreement before access to the Free Trial will be granted.
• You are not permitted to manipulate, modify or in any manner attempt to modify the Free Trial version of the Software for any reason and Mayachitra, Inc. will immediately terminate your access to the Software and fully prosecute any user who illegally or unlawfully uses the Software or distributes or allows access of the Software to third parties.
